Archiving Policy

MANFISH Journal ensures the long-term preservation and accessibility of all published content. The journal adopts multiple archiving strategies to guarantee the permanent availability of all articles in the event of website or system failure.

Digital Archiving

This journal utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and/or PKP Preservation Network (PN) systems to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries. These systems allow libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for preservation and restoration purposes.

Repository and Indexing

The published articles are archived and indexed in several repositories and databases to increase visibility and accessibility, including:

  • PKP Index
  • Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital)
  • Google Scholar
  • Crossref Metadata Repository

Self-Archiving Policy

Authors are allowed and encouraged to deposit their published articles in institutional or subject-based repositories, personal websites, or social media platforms, provided that proper citation and link to the original publication on the MANFISH Journal website are included.

Backup and Data Security

The editorial team performs regular backups of all digital content on secure servers. Data integrity and accessibility are ensured through redundant storage systems and periodic verification.
