Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to The Image of A Company in Bengkayang Regency

Abstract: The applied research entitled "Application of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to Company Image in Bengkayang Regency" aims to analyze the dynamics of implementing the CSR program since the enactment of Government Regulation number 47 of 2012 to December 2020. This research consists of the stages of preparation, survey implementation, tabulation and data analysis as well as analysis and reporting of research results. This research has the basic principles of research through observation and literature study related to the implementation of CSR in plantation companies. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the magnitude of the influence of the Environment Support, Community Support and Employee Support variables on Company Image was 61.8%, while the remaining 38.2% was influenced by other factors outside the model researched. Simultaneously and partially all independent variables have an effect on corporate image. Efforts to increase the CSR program are the company's identity and a form of concern for the community.
