Abstrak

In line with the increasingly rapid development and population growth which is increasing in Pontianak City, the need for facilities and infrastructure for the city government includes rejuvenating sports facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the regional budget. So the building of Wisma Atlet 5 (five) floors was built on Jalan Karet, Pontianak City, West Kalimantan.The method for completing this final project uses literature studies that use data, namely, secondary and primary data. After that, based on the processed data, including field layout drawings, documentation, field observation results. Project costs include, Calculating Volume, Determining Unit Price Analysis, Calculating (RAB). SMK3 includes, Planning work items, Classification and Control of Accident Risk, Determining the Appropriate PPE and GER. Time covers Job Weight, Dependency Table, Time Schedule (Barchart and NWP), making S Curve. Human Resources include: Calculating labor requirements, making labor requirements and job duration. The final result of the Project Quality Management is a Quality Checklist Table or Specifications for the Construction of the 5 (five) Floor Athlete House Building on Jalan Karet, Pontianak City.The results of the Analysis of the Budget Plan (RAB) for the construction of the Pontianak athletes' homestead building are: Rp. 14,920,456,000.00 (Fourteen Melyar Nine Hundred Twenty Million Six Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Rupiah), as well as the calculation of time requirements or the duration of construction using the method Network Planning (NWP), namely the NWP method, gets a work duration of 468 days, while using the Barchard method gets a work duration of 15 months. The SMK3 in the construction of the Wisma Atlite 5 (five) floor building and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consists of 172 head protectors, 172 gloves, 100 protective glasses, 170 boots, 50 body harness, and vest 170 pieces. As for (APK) consists of. 5 signs, 22 rolls of Polynet nets, and 3 rolls of Police line. The final result of the Project Quality Management is a Quality / Specification Checklist Table for the Construction of a 5 (five) floor athlete building on Jalan Karet, Pontianak City, and a Mutual Check of 0% (MC 0%) whether it is appropriate or not.
