Abstrak
Kubu Raya Regency is the result of the division of Mempawah Regency. The purpose of the expansion of Kubu Raya Regency is to improve community welfare, equitable development, bring services closer to the community and streamline the span of control of government administration. Kubu Raya Regency itself still lacks various kinds of supporting infrastructure, one of which is still lacking a tax service office building for the community. Having a strategic tax service office can help facilitate tax services in the district itself. Where in this study, the Tax Service Office Building Planning (KPP) uses concrete structural materials referring to SNI 1727:2013, SNI 2847:2013, for earthquakes referring to SNI 1726:2019, and to determine building loading using PPURG 1987, while the analysis is carried out using the SAP2000 software and the calculation is done manually. From the planning data with a building area of 25 m x 25 m, and the overall height of the building is 17.50 m, the thickness of the roof slab is not 12 cm, the thickness of the floor plate is 12 cm, the dimensions of the main beam are 25 cm x 50 cm and 20 cm x 40 cm second dimension beam. , column dimensions 35 cm x 35 cm, and the size of the foundation is 2 m x 2 m using 25 cm x 25 cm piles, totaling 9 rods. From all the building data above, it can be concluded from the calculation results that it is able to withstand all the forces / moments that occur in the building.
