The composition of kaolin and fly ash is given in equal percentages, varying according to the mass of asbestos, 0 (%), 10 (%), 15 (%), 20 (%), 30 (%). The tests carried out are thermal conductivity and mechanical properties, where these results become parameters for determining the best composition. The results of testing the compressive strength of refractory bricks showed that 0 (%) quartz sand composition had the largest compressive strength, namely 14.40 (Mpa), the impact test results for 0 (%) asbestos fiber composition had the largest value, namely 0.084 (Joule/mm<sup>2</sup>), while the results Heat conductivity testing showed that quartz composition 30 (%) had the lowest value, namely 0.373 K(W/mC), thus the addition of asbestos fiber can reduce heat conductivity but cause a decrease in the compressive and impact mechanical properties of refractory bricks.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Refractory bricks, refractories, kaolin, fly ash, asbestos</em></p> Dwi Handoko Azmal Azmal Iyus Iyus ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2024-07-04 2024-07-04 19 1 1 6 10.31573/jv.v19i1.780 Design Models of Equipment Vapor Compression Refrigeration Cycle To Support Practicum Heat Engine And Fluid Engineering https://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/781 <p>The learning method acts as an educational facility that functions to convey <em>learning</em> material to achieve learning goals. It takes creativity from lecturers and those responsible for the teaching and learning process, especially practicum.</p> <p>The <em>results</em> of the study entitled Design Models of Equipment Vapor Compression Refrigeration Cycle To Support Practicum Heat Engine And Fluid Engineering Subject produce a model of a practicum tool that can be used to carry out some practicum contents for refrigeration engines. Roads as the basic element that forms an area are one of the easiest urban public spaces to observe to understand the characteristics of an area. Actors who travel on the sidewalk face various obstacles and goals they want to achieve during their journey. Walking here is a means to fulfill the need for face-to-face interaction that exists in urban activities. With the uncontrolled growth of urban areas, the development of public spaces for pedestrians is somewhat burdened. Most cities allow citizens to access basic services and needs in walkable areas. Pontianak itself is still dominated by a high number of vehicle users and this is not accompanied by efforts to increase pedestrian comfort. This research aims to determine the obstacles faced by pedestrians, especially in the Pontianak State Polytechnic (Polnep) campus area by measuring the total area that can be passed by pedestrians and assessing pedestrian paths by assessing roads and highways in pedestrian catchment areas. feet at every intersection. . The research method used is a non-probability sampling method, namely an accidental sampling technique to calculate the pedestrian catchment area on the Polnep campus to determine the total pedestrian catchment area that is still comfortable to walk through. By measuring the distance between two nodes by navigating the street layout, urban morphology can impact the measurement of the ratio of route distance to urban distance. The analytical method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. Qualitative descriptive analysis is used to describe the results of observations and interpretation of quantitative data presented in tabular form. Meanwhile, the quantitative descriptive analysis method is used to measure or assess user perceptions of walkability quality based on the walkability aspects studied, namely accessibility, comfort, safety and aesthetics. The results and findings of the analysis at the Pontianak State Polytechnic Campus show that Accessibility (A), Security (SAF), Comfort (COM), and Aesthetics or Beauty (AES) have a partial and significant effect on Walkability. Candra Wasis Agung Sutignya Revi Sesario ##submission.copyrightStatement## 2024-07-04 2024-07-04 19 1 27 33 10.31573/jv.v19i1.667 Analisis Nilai Termal Selubung Bangunan (OTTV) Pada Bangunan Gedung Direktorat Politeknik Negeri Pontianak sebagai Indikator Penilaian Kinerja Bangunan Gedung Hijau menggunakan Building Compliance Form V3.0 https://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/783 <p>Kebijakan&nbsp;pemerintah&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;mengurangi&nbsp;emisi&nbsp;karbon&nbsp;diantaranya&nbsp;adalah&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;mengeluarkan Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 21 tahun 2021 tentang Penilaian Kinerja&nbsp;Bangunan&nbsp;Gedung&nbsp;Hijau.&nbsp;Salah&nbsp;satu&nbsp;kriteria&nbsp;penilaian&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;Bangunan&nbsp;Gedung&nbsp;Hijau&nbsp;berdasarkan Petunjuk Teknis Penilaian Bangunan Gedung Hijau adalah OTTV dan WWR.&nbsp;Kedua kriteria ini menjadi poin yang penting dalam kategori penilaian Efisiensi Penggunaan&nbsp;Energi pada bagian Selubung Bangunan. OTTV yang disyaratkan pada Bangunan Gedung&nbsp;Hijau&nbsp;tidak&nbsp;boleh&nbsp;lebih&nbsp;dari&nbsp;35&nbsp;Watt/m2.&nbsp;Sedangkan&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;WWR&nbsp;kurang&nbsp;dari&nbsp;30%.&nbsp;Politeknik&nbsp;Negeri Pontianak sebagai institusi Pendidikan milik pemerintah juga&nbsp;memiliki&nbsp;bangunan&nbsp;gedung yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi standar Bangunan Gedung Hijau. Oleh karena itu&nbsp;perlu&nbsp;dilakukan&nbsp;penyelidikan&nbsp;awal&nbsp;dalam&nbsp;bentuk&nbsp;penelitian&nbsp;terhadap&nbsp;kriteria&nbsp;OTTV&nbsp;dan&nbsp;WWR&nbsp;pada bangunan-bangunan gedung utama&nbsp;di kampus Politeknik Negeri Pontianak.&nbsp;Sebagai&nbsp;obyek penelitian dipilih bangunan Gedung Direktorat Politeknik Negeri Pontianak. Tahapan&nbsp;dan metode penelitian dilakukan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data berupa gambar bangunan&nbsp;dan kondisi termal ruangan. Dilanjutkan dengan proses analisis dengan spreadsheet Building&nbsp;Compliance&nbsp;Form&nbsp;v3.0&nbsp;dan&nbsp;hasilnya&nbsp;akan&nbsp;dilakukan&nbsp;pembahasan.&nbsp;Dari&nbsp;penelitian&nbsp;ini&nbsp;diperoleh&nbsp;hasil&nbsp;kondisi&nbsp;existing&nbsp;Gedung&nbsp;Direktorat&nbsp;Politeknik&nbsp;Negeri&nbsp;Pontianak&nbsp;mempunyai&nbsp;nilai&nbsp;OTTV&nbsp;sebesar 37,65 Watt/m2 dan WWR sebesar 34,28%, dimana keduanya masih belum memenuhi&nbsp;standar&nbsp;35&nbsp;Watt/m2&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;OTTV&nbsp;dan&nbsp;30%&nbsp;untuk&nbsp;WWR.&nbsp;Walaupun&nbsp;demikian,&nbsp;dengan&nbsp;pengubahsuaian yang dilakukan dengan penambahan shading horizontal dan pengurangan&nbsp;luasan bidang kaca pada bagian tower, maka bisa didapatkan nilai OTTV sebesar 31,22 W/m<sup>2</sup>&nbsp;dan&nbsp;nilai&nbsp;WWR&nbsp;sebesar&nbsp;29,12%.&nbsp;Sehingga&nbsp;nilai&nbsp;tersebut&nbsp;bisa&nbsp;memenuhi&nbsp;standar&nbsp;dan&nbsp;mendapatkan poin penuh untuk kategori efisiensi energi.
