Damage usually occurs on the wheel shaft of the truck that rubs against the bushing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hardfacing welding method with variations in current of 90 A, 110 A and 120 A using RD 260 electrodes measuring 3.2 mm on surface hardness and tensile strength. The method used was experimental, aimed at testing and comparing ST.60 material that was not hardfacing welded and hardfacing welded. The results of the study obtained the highest average hardness value in hardfacing welding with a current of 120 A of 202.89 HV, the lowest average hardness value in specimens without hardfacing welding was 97.1 HV and hardfacing welding with a current of 90 A obtained an average hardness value of 104.80 HV and hardfacing welding with a current of 110 A obtained an average hardness value of 112.37 HV. For the average value of tensile strength (σtrk) without hardfacing welding is 660.67 N/mm², the tensile strength in hardfacing welding decreases where for a current of 90 A it is 567.80 N/mm², a current of 110 A the tensile strength (σtrk) is 568.88 N/mm² and 120 A the tensile strength (σtrk) is 574.11 N/mm². This shows that the surface hardness increases with increasing current in hardfacing welding and the tensile strength value will decrease.
2024-12-31T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Vokasi: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiahhttps://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/1008Air Quality Index pada Koridor Hijau Sungai Jawi Pontianak Ruas Gertak 1 dan 22025-01-20T23:39:31+07:00Jockie Zudhy Fibriantojockiefibrianto@gmail.comMochamad Hilmymochamadhilmy@gmail.comDeni Maulanadenimaulana@gmail.com
The Air Quality Index (AQI) is a benchmark for the health of a city by measuring the levels of each air pollution parameter (Yiyi Wang, 2023). AQI in a city increases due to the high use of oil-fueled vehicles, increasing population, and minimal vegetation in an urban area. Green corridors in cities are part of green infrastructure which plays an important role in reducing air pollution. The green corridor of the Jawi River in Pontianak City is a green corridor which also contains a blue corridor, namely the Jawi River which is a tributary of the Kapuas River in Pontianak. Gertak 1 and gertak 2 are segmentations of the Jawi River green corridor which are the delineation of research, in identifying AQI and identifying the ability of vegetation to absorb CO2. By carrying out direct measurements and analyzing air quality levels according to the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU), the Air Pollutant Index (API) results were obtained, which then created an infographic map of air pollution in the Jawi River green corridor. This API measurement stage is a method in this research, which is part of the Environmental Quality Index (EQI) measurement component.
2024-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Vokasi: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiahhttps://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/1007Rekayasa Penyediaan Produk Non Pangan Berbentuk Detergen Cair Berbahan Lidah Buaya dan Daun Kesum2025-01-20T23:39:32+07:00Desdy H Gunawandesdy24@yahoo.co.id
This research concerns the provision of plant-based liquid detergents that are friendly to the environment and users. The materials used are aloe vera and kesum leaves. The products produced are targeted to meet the needs of detergents with specifications that are cheap, easy to use and environmentally friendly so that they are very safe for the surrounding environment against waste after use. The aim of the research was to formulate the amount of aloe vera and kesum leaf extracts in the manufacture of liquid detergent followed by chemical and physical characterization of the resulting liquid detergent. The stage of the research is to formulate the use of aloe vera and kesum leaves with 5 combinations, namely 50:50. 40:60. 30:70. 20:80 and 10:90 (comparison of aloe vera: kesum leaf) followed by chemical and physical tests which include: pH, foam stability, irritation, color and odor. The resulting liquid detergent samples have a pH range of 2.34 to 2.93 which is considered safe for the skin and does not cause irritation to the skin. The resulting foam stabilizes in the range of 87 to 99, while the resulting color is relatively green due to the chlorophyll content in kesum leaves and affects the aroma produced due to the content of aromatic compounds.
2024-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Vokasi: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiahhttps://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/1026Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) Masyarakat Adat dalam Pengelolaan Lingkungan di Kabupaten Landak2025-01-20T23:39:32+07:00Revi Sesariorevi.sesario@gmail.comTh. The position of the community is sometimes marginalized and marginalized and even conflicts with oil palm plantation companies cannot be avoided. Many reports show that sometimes customary land rights are grabbed, resulting in agrarian conflicts that lead to violations that require legal action by the police and courts. Applied research entitled “Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK) of Indigenous Peoples in Environmental Management in Landak Regency”. This research aims: to find out the local wisdom of Dayak indigenous peoples in managing the environment through TEK to support environmental sustainability in overcoming climate change and deforestation issues that occur in West Kalimantan. A survey research method with a case study model was used to achieve the research objectives. Data collection used the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method, in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The results revealed that Dayak indigenous people have awareness and motivation in forest and environmental conservation activities in the norms and customary rules that apply in Landak Regency. Customary Forests are still considered sacred to the Dayak community so that they are highly preserved, the majority of people work by farming and planting. The traditional agricultural ceremony (bahuma) carried out by the Dayak Kanayan Community in Saham and Paloan Villages is a process from the initial farming activities to the activities of harvesting rice with wisdom and cultural heritage. Advice in this research is that there is a need for a regional regulation on the determination of sustainable agricultural land and an effort to protect the rights of indigenous peoples and customary land from the Regional Government of Landak Regency.

2024-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Vokasi: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiahhttps://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/1025Rancang Bangun Model Alat Monitoring Pada Refrigerasi Tabung Vorteks 2025-01-20T23:39:32+07:00Hadimi Hadimihad_imi@yahoo.co.idEdi Karyadiedikaryadi@gmail.comRusadi Rusadirusadi@gmail.com
This research was conducted to design and create a model of a vortex tube refrigeration system monitoring tool that will be used as a practicum medium in the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineering course. Currently, the cooling system used as a practical medium is a vapor compression cooling system. The goal to be achieved in this research is a model of a monitoring tool for vortex tube refrigeration techniques. With this monitoring model, it is hoped that it can be used to carry out practical work on vortex tube refrigeration techniques. The stages of this research start from the design stage, assembly stage and functional testing and data acquisition stages. With research flow; preparation of tools and materials, making monitoring models of vortex tube refrigeration engineering tools, testing tool models, collecting and processing data from model experiments. This monitoring tool model for Vortex Tube Refrigeration can directly monitor things such as; Flow rate, temperature, air pressure and COP, all data is recorded and stored on the SD card. The higher the pressure, the cooler the cold air produced, this is because the vortex tube compresses the air. The highest COP value is 0.31 which occurs at the standard 3 bar setting with v1 and v2 (72 and 61 m3/s), P1 and P2 (1.8 and 0.28 bar).
2024-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Vokasi: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiahhttps://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/1027Heterogenitas Makna Simbolik Atap Masjid Jami’ Pontianak2025-01-20T23:39:32+07:00Rissa Fitria Syafutri Rissa rissasyafutri@gmail.comFiska Hidayat Fiska fiskahidayat@gmail.comGusti Rahman Adhiarzagustirahmanadhiarza@gmail.comTidi Ayu Lestari Ayu tidiayulestari@gmail.com
As a city with high social heterogeneity, historical buildings in Pontianak are inseparable from symbolic elements with diverse meanings. This city began with the arrival of Sultan Syarif Abdurrahman Alqadrie, son of Putri Nyai Tua, a lady-in-waiting in the Matan Kingdom and Al-Habib Husin, who sailed from South Arabia to spread Islam. The Pontianak Jami’ Mosque, which Sultan Abdurrahman founded, was inseparable from the diversity of cultural, political and social elements at that time. This study aims to understand one of the elements of the Jami' mosque building, namely the roof, which is quite dominant in scale proportions. The analysis of the meaning of the mosque's roof uses semiotics by Charles Sanders Pierce and is supported by data from related literature. The study results show that heterogeneity and high tolerance values have long been in the veins of the first building built in Pontianak. The architectural elements of ancient Indonesian mosques, which are full of Islamic values, blend with European architectural symbols, as well as the local values of the Kalimantan region itself.
2024-12-30T00:00:00+07:00Copyright (c) 2024 Vokasi: Jurnal Publikasi Ilmiahhttps://ejurnal.polnep.ac.id/index.php/vokasi/article/view/1017Efektivitas Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning2025-01-20T23:39:32+07:00Ichsan Ichsanichanida@yahoo.com
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap efektivitas pembelajaran dengan penerapan Model Pembelajaran Project Based Learning di program studi Manajemen Perkebunan Jurusan Teknologi Pertanian Politeknik Negeri Pontianak sebagai implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka.
