Leadership in educational institutions, especially vocational secondary education, must be able to promote and stimulate creativity and prepare a cadre of quality teachers and students who can carry out intellectual production characterized by novelty and diversity, which can fully contribute to society. This has not been reflected in leadership practices in the vocational secondary education environment in West Kalimantan Province, which is indicated by differences in views so that some school principals implement leadership competencies with high professionalism, while others demonstrate weak leadership practices. Among these practices are a weak ability to build teams and collaborate, a weak ability to communicate, a weak ability to adapt, and a weak ability to motivate. This can be expected to be the result of the Principal being too focused on routine school work, including administrative tasks. This situation prompted research to be conducted to obtain theoretical and practical information about the leadership competency model applied in vocational secondary education institutions in West Kalimantan Province. The research was carried out using the path analysis method involving 55 respondents. The research results show that the leadership competency model in vocational secondary education institutions in West Kalimantan Province involves four main elements consisting of the ability to build teams and collaborate, the ability to communicate, the ability to adapt, and the ability to motivate. Communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to motivate simultaneously contribute 43.5% to the ability to build teams and collaborate. Other results from this research found that communication skills have a positive effect on the ability to build teams and collaborate with the Sig value. < 0.05. The implication of the results of this research is the need to increase the effectiveness of the communication skills of leaders in the vocational secondary education environment in West Kalimantan Province. As a company that complies with the principles of good corporate governance and applicable regulations, namely Article 74 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 40 of 2007 and Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012, it is required to carry out CSR activities. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach to determine the development of CSR programs at PT Patiware over the past three years. Data was collected through questionnaires and in-depth interviews covering the following aspects: Resources, Bureaucratic Structure, Communication and Implementation Mechanism to determine the implementation of CSR strategies using SWOT analysis. The results showed that the SWOT strategy implemented according to the S-O (strengths - opportunities) model is to utilize all strengths to maximize opportunities. It is predicted that the resulting workpiece is not exactly sized by the tolerance limit given to students. </em></p> <p><em>This research was conducted by measuring geometry (geometric metrology) on lathes used by the Department of Mechanical Engineering students during machining practice.</em></p> <p><em>This study aims primarily to see whether there has been a significant deviation / beyond the allowable tolerance limit on the lathe used by students of the Pontianak State Polytechnic Mechanical Department, this research will later be able to take benefits that have to do with improving the skills of students of the Pontianak State Polytechnic Mechanical Engineering Department. </em></p> <p><em>Data obtained based on direct experiments on the object under study, the data obtained are processed with several analytical techniques by the variables studied, namely roundness analysis.</em></p> <p><em>The results showed that the tolerance of sphericity deviations in lathes MB 2 = 64 μm, can produce workpieces with tolerance values above 64 μm (IT 10). On lathes MB 2 = 84 μm, it can produce workpieces with tolerance values above 84μm (IT 10). Lathe MB 3 = 50 μm, can produce workpieces with tolerance values above 50 μm (IT 9). While the MB 4 lathe tolerance of the deviation of the roundness is 92 μm, it can produce workpieces with tolerance values above 92 μm (IT 11). Panjang Island, which is at the mouth of the Kapuas River, is an island that divides the Kapuas River into the Big Kapuas River and the Small Kapuas River. This island has varieties of vegetation in riparian areas that have different and varied characters. So, the varied vegetation patterns in the riparian areas make the water quality different in each zone (Ratih, 2022). The Panjang Island riparian area is an area that is threatened by human activities around it, and with the plan to build the Kapuas III Toll Bridge which will pass through this island, of course there will be a shift in land use functions around the Panjang Island riparian area and also the Kapuas River. Secara empiris UMKM Juragan Coffee belum melakukan pengukuran produktivitas proses produksi pada usahanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui nilai <em>performance </em>setiap kriteria produktivitas dan mengetahui nilai pertumbuhan indeks produktivitas. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>objective matrix </em>(OMAX<em>). </em>Sehingga didapatkan hasil nilai <em>performanc</em>e penggunaan bahan baku biji kopi dari bulan Januari sampai Juni 75%, 83%, 70%, 84%, 78% dan 65%. Nilai <em>performanc</em>e</p> <p>penggunaan jam kerja proses produksi dari Januari sampai Juni 517%, 556%, 704%, 593%, 667% dan 556%. Nilai <em>performanc</em>e penggunaan jam kerja mesin roasting dari bulan Januari sampai Juni 1250%, 1154%,1462%,1067%,1286% dan 1071%. Nilai <em>performanc</em>e penggunaan bahan bakar gas LPG dari bulan Januari sampai Juni 1250%, 1250%, 1583%, 1333%, 1500% dan 1250%. Nilai indeks produktivitas pada UMKM Juragan Coffee berfluktuatif yang dipengaruhi oleh nilai total produktivitas saat ini (<em>current productivity</em>).
